How? I want to see teacher assistants in every class so smaller work groups (proven to be best for student performance) help our kids reach their goals. Teachers, assistants and others need to be paid more so we retain them. And let's get felons out of the classroom. We don't need that distraction. End all lobbying our school boards, and disallow former board members, principals, and superintendents from securing lucrative private sector jobs by supporting contracts while in office.
